Buy Skill Tree upgrades that reduce fill time first, then capacity. Buy a better lobby bucket when Tokens allow so each trip lowers water faster.

Push every depth checkpoint
Lower the water through Shipwreck (Sunken Secrets), Cavern (Deep Dive), Mineshaft (The Mines), Molten (Fire Below), Lost City (Ancient Ruins), and Abyss (Into the Abyss).

From Cavern depth onward the Shark can catch you. Keep moving while filling; getting caught awards Shark Bait but wastes time.
